We manufacture machined finished forgings (up to 70 tons) and castings (up to 140 tons). The Reinosa Steel Mill’s mechanical process engineers play a key role in product development, design, and manufacturing. These professionals are responsible for assessing existing manufacturing processes to make sure all steps are operating effectively and efficiently. They also develop new manufacturing processes based on the specifications of new products. Duties include designing the overall workflow plan used in the manufacturing process, optimizing the layout of manufacturing equipment, and developing appropriate manufacturing procedures.
